We had the best time in Ross's place. This is a hidden gem. It is a huge place very homely with a big kitchen for cooking and remnants of 'old' Ireland steeped in history, but it has been modernized and is very comfortable. Bedr ooms very spacious and no noise from other rooms with lovely en suites piping hot showers. Very family friendly and a short wall to a lovely forest walk and also into town where there is a great café for coffee, pastries etc. Ross was the perfect host and allowed us to check out late which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this place to stay and we will be back ! 5 stars .... thank you, Ross

We absolutely loved preston house. John was fantastic, nothing too much trouble. we were much later than originally agreed but there wasn't a bother with John or Ross. John came on Saturday and set the fire for us in the lovely old sitting room, fabulously furnished, to light later when ever we wanted. we just loved our weekend and the house and we very much look forward to coming back to stay there again.

Preston House makes for a phenomenal stay! The building is spacious, beautifully decorated and is seeped in history. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and wish we had booked a longer visit. We will definitely be back and thank you to Ross, our fantastic and accommodating host.
