We had the absolute pleasure of renting the whole of Preston House for our extended family of 13 adults and children. Our host, Ross, was amazing – responsive, knowledgeable, flexible and generous. The location was great – close to the bog walks, restaurants, supermarkets and of course great pubs ! We were also able to invite many of our local relations to join us at the house for a party that Ross helped us coordinate. Everyone was so impressed with the place and how comfortable and accommodating the house was. I would thoroughly recommend Preston House !

We recently booked Preston House for a family celebration. We decided to eat in as we were on a one night stay. It was a perfect venue and a great town and area to visit. We enjoyed a pre dinner drink in Morrissey’s which is well worth a visit and serve a great pint of Guinness. Ross the owner of Preston House was most helpful and provided wood for the fire which added to the ambiance. I would highly recommend Preston House as a venue for small gatherings. We were a group of 6 couples. I can see us doing this again.

I held a full-day strategy session at Preston House and it was perfect, a beautiful halfway point between Dublin and Cork. Ross (the owner) and Natalia were so welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The space itself is full of character, a restored Georgian house with unique meeting rooms, fully equipped with a big screen, large meeting table and flip chart. We loved the blend of history, creativity, and practicality. It’s an ideal spot for off-sites, workshops, or meetings when you want a central location that still feels special.

All in all we had a fantastic stay at Preston house, we would highly recommend it , we will defiantly will be returning for another stay. The owner Ross will make sure all your needs are meet to ensure a wonderful stay. Thank you.
